Book Outline Generator
Describe your premise, get a real Act 1 back — four chapter beats built from what you typed, not a template with the blanks filled in.

How this outline is built
Why only Act 1?
A full outline is most of the work of planning a book — we generate the opening movement for real, four beats deep, and simply count how many chapters Act 2 and Act 3 would typically need at that pace. Nothing is hidden behind a paywall; the rest genuinely isn't written yet.
What "beat" means here
Each of the four entries is one chapter-sized unit: what happens, and why it matters to the story building around it — not a vague theme, a concrete turn you could start drafting from today.
Questions authors actually ask
Why does it say I've hit the limit?
Each visitor gets 2 generations per hour — it keeps this free tool free for everyone instead of a few people running it hundreds of times. Wait for the timer, or start your book properly and generate as many outlines as you want inside the Assistant.
Does this work for nonfiction?
Yes — switch the book type above. Nonfiction beats read as arguments or sections building a case rather than plot turns, but the same four-beat opening structure applies.
Can I edit what it gives me?
It's plain text on the page — select and copy whatever you want straight into your notes or manuscript.
